We establish the marina marketing strategy well in advance of the marina opening and time our campaigns to drive occupancy from the earliest possible point.

Our business planning tools and proven operational procedures – underpinned by the Camper & Nicholsons Marinas Operations Manual – enable the marina’s management team to recruit the best operational team, increase customer service, maximise occupancy and revenue.

For marinas that are already operational but are seeking improvements in occupancy, profitability or asset value, we can perform an operational audit. This results in a detailed report on every element from buildings upkeep to staff training, from health and safety to marina berth sales and marketing.
